Planning is key to success...

But when you are in a different town, city or country it is vital... check out how long it takes to get somewhere, by using dead time to make the journey prior to making it for the important appointment, make sure you have everything you need before you leave...

All common sense I know but vital to being seen to be successful and just as important as making the initial appointment with your customer or colleague.
